No. DiagnoAI is an AI-powered information tool and does not replace a licensed physician. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions.
How accurate are AI-generated results?
Accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of the data you provide. Our models are trained on diverse datasets, but results are probabilistic and must be confirmed by a healthcare professional.
Is my personal and health data secure?
Yes. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, apply role-based access controls, and comply with Uzbekistan’s “On Personal Data” Law. No method is 100% foolproof, but we follow industry best practices.
Can I request a refund?
Paid services may be refunded only if they fail to deliver the promised functionality and the failure is attributable to us. Contact support@diagnoai.uz with your request and proof of payment.
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. An account is required to save your analyses, track recommendations, and consult with doctors.
How can I delete my account and data?
Log in, go to Settings → Privacy, and click “Delete Account.” Your data will be erased within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law.
